St. Andrew Parish has a strong sports program with offerings for students from kindergarten through eighth grade. Our students participate in sports offered by the Columbus Diocese Recreation Association (DRA) as well as a number of club sports.

DRA TEAMS

Saint Andrew Vikings compete against other Catholic schools in the Diocese of Columbus in programs run by the Diocese Recreation Association. Some athletic teams are formed by joining with neighboring Catholic schools.

VIKING MAGIC
Viking Magic is a basketball performance team, exclusive to Saint Andrew, and a cherished tradition for over 30 years. Students develop basketball handling skills, like spinning and dribbling, and they get to perform before large audiences at halftime shows in high schools and colleges across the midwest.

Viking Magic is open to boys and girls in grades 3-6. Younger siblings can join as banner carriers.

MINI CAGERS
Mini Cagers teaches our youngest athletes basic ball-handling skills for basketball. Students from Kindergarten to Grade 3 are eligible.
